Julie brings 17+ years of experience as a physical therapist. She offers a holistic approach to health and wellness by treating the body as a whole. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sacramento State University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Youngstown State University. Her career began in outpatient orthopedics, where she gained a solid foundation in rehabilitation and later expanded her expertise to become a certified lymphedema therapist and pelvic floor specialist.
Throughout her career, Julie has developed a deep understanding of the body's interconnectedness. She helps patients achieve long-term health by treating the root cause of their symptoms. She played a key role in establishing a pelvic floor program at a local hospital, offering valuable presentations to clinicians and patients alike and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
Her treatment philosophy emphasizes a whole-body approach. She offers patients the tools they need to not only recover but also optimize their overall wellness, helping them live more vibrant and symptom-free lives. Outside of her professional life, Julie is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring national parks, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband, three active sons, and two dogs.
